single occupancy room. Double occupancy rate is GBP 325+VAT
Daytime
attendance includes lunch & refreshments but excludes the drinks reception & evening meal.
Evening meals.
For attendees not able to stay overnight but wanting to stay for the drinks reception & evening meal, these are available for GBP49+VAT pp.
MAKING A
BOOKING
All bookings
must be made with VRA, NOT with the hotel.

When booking
we will need to know the:
- Number of each ‘packages’ required
- Names of all attendees
- Type of bedroom needed (single/
double)
VRA members
will be invoiced AFTER the event.
Non-members
will be required to pay in full before booking is confirmed.
Please note.
We cannot
make any changes to bookings after 12th September 22, as we have to
pay in full in advance, so you will be invoiced for the full booking amount
whether or not you attend.
We will
however try to resell any bookings that have been made.
DISPLAY SPACE
RESERVATIONS.
There is limited display space available in the foyer/
atrium & at the sides & back of the conference room.
This is FOC to VRA members.
It is allocated strictly on a 1st come – 1st served
basis
Sponsors get priority.
Other than
for sponsors, display space is limited to a small table & roll up stand.
There is no
room for vehicle displays on site
Please note
that if your company is not on the list below, you have not been allocated
display space.

There will be a special meeting with ebay at 11am at the same hotel on the day following the conference. This is to discuss ongoing ebay developments for used parts & progress with VRA certification, as well as issues raised recently by Certified Recyclers.
Places are limited so pre-booking is required. VRA members & certified recyclers will get priority.
